About Courtney

I am a certified secondary educator with a passion for helping students find their footing in English. I hold a teaching certification in English for secondary grades, which means I bring both subject expertise and formal training in how to effectively teach young learners.

What sets me apart is my formal secondary education certification. I don't just know the subject, I'm trained in how to teach it effectively to young learners. I understand how secondary school curricula are structured, what teachers expect, and how to help students meet those expectations while actually building lasting skills.

My lessons are designed for middle and high school students in grades 6 through 12 who want to improve in reading, writing, grammar, literary analysis, or general English language arts.
