Rhys is one of our best Basketball tutors. High-quality profile and excellent qualifications, organised and responsive to lesson requests, appreciated by their students!

About Rhys

In my sports career, I've played a multitude of sports at varied levels, representing the County in cricket, regional swimming to playing International basketball. Throughout this time, I have not only taken great pride in competing and representing my place of birth but also sharing and teaching my extensive knowledge of sports and fitness. This is also evident in my current actions when taking on four athletes in pursuit of their personal development. The sessions I deliver are a combination of skills, strength, and conditioning. Workouts specific to their playing position, style, strengths, and weaknesses based on the Soviet Union progressive overload theory, to develop efficient and sustainable adaptations.

About the lesson

If you love the game, this is the place to be. I'm dedicated to the game, living and breathing basketball every day. With an unwavering commitment to developing players and raising the standard of the game, I'm here to share my expertise and help you take your skills to the next level.
