I was inspired by a friend to join Mayte's Hypopressive yoga training, and it was indeed a very good decision. I tried different yoga from different instructors and honestly Mayte is the best one for me. Even if there are too many in one class, she never fails to see who needs support and correction to poses. She is very attentive to each and everyone making sure that they get the right pose and breathing technique. I remember onetime, my mind is flying all over place while doing a pose and she called my name with a genuine smile. She is also the type of instructor who is very friendly, approachable and always smiling throughout the session. The atmosphere in her Yoga Class is NEVER dull and uncomfortably silent. That's why I always try my best to attend her classes.

Mayte is a really great yoga instructor! I've been practicing with her for the past few years and she has helped me progress so much in my practice.
