About Lucia
I have been a yoga teacher since 2014, and my journey with this practice began as a personal search for balance and meaning. Over time, it transformed into a deep vocation to accompany others on their own journeys. I have pursued ongoing training and combine experience, sensitivity, and active listening to create safe, respectful, and transformative spaces. I share my knowledge because I believe in the power of yoga to improve quality of life, strengthen the body, and bring mental and emotional clarity in an increasingly demanding world.

Posee un conocimiento profundo sobre la técnica del yoga, lo que se refleja en su capacidad para corregir posturas con precisión y seguridad. Sus clases son muy equilibradas: logra combinar una exigencia física adecuada con una guía clara en la respiración y la alineación.
