Hi! I’m Upasna Sharma, and I love teaching yoga because it’s helped me find balance and calm in my own life. I want to share what I’ve learned so others—especially busy students—can feel stronger, more flexible, and less stressed. Hello, I’m Upasna Sharma, a certified yoga instructor with experience teaching in schools.
