With over 8 years of dedicated teaching experience & 11 years of practice bridges mindful movement with comprehensive lifestyle coaching. I believe yoga is not just a physical workout, but a tool healthy lifestyle and mental clarity. I specialize in utilizing yoga, breathwork, and customized habit-building routines to enhance physical strength, mental clarity, and sleep quality. With 8+ years of experience, I’ve trained over 200 students and led countless online and offline yoga sessions, workshops and personalized wellness programs.
