Ashton is a fantastic yoga instructor. I have been taking her classes for a little over a year now. Ashton takes the time to ask if anyone has any problem areas they would like to work in for the day. Her classes push you but at the same time she encourages you to not push your body to a level of pain or discomfort. I love that she ends her classes with mindful quotes to take through the rest of your day. She always seems to say just what we all need to hear. I highly recommend her as a yoga instructor
