About Natalia

I have been connected to the practice of yoga for more than 15 years. I also have knowledge in contemporary dance and body awareness (another of my professions is performing arts). I integrate all this knowledge for physical practice using images and sensations in favor of learning.

About the lesson

My approach is Holistic Yoga, which allows me to integrate various tools such as aromatherapy, Reiki, and sound yoga into the foundational practice of Hatha Yoga. Through this method, we strengthen the body, create space through stretching, and connect with our breath to foster self-reflection.

Engaging in a continuous dialogue with my students is essential; I design the classes based to their individual needs.
