About Vedricha
I am a Yoga practitioner who has experienced the deeper effects of diligent Yoga practice in my life. Whether it’s maintaining physical well-being, navigating motherhood and social interactions, or when life gets tough, practicing several Traditional Yoga techniques and applying Yoga philosophy to the best of my capabilities have enabled me to navigate them all.
Understanding and spreading Yoga knowledge in its true form is what gives me purpose and contentment.

My classes are rooted in Traditional Hatha Yoga and are designed to help you build a steady, sustainable Yoga practice at your own pace.
Rather than focusing only on physical postures, we work with the broader practices of Yoga — asana with breath incorporation and conscious relaxation in the pose, pranayama, Dhāraņā and Yoga Nidra — with appropriate attention to breath, awareness and individual needs.
Each session is adapted according to your experience, comfort and goals. Whether you are a beginner, returning to Yoga after a break, looking for a more personalised practice, or seeking support during pregnancy or postpartum, the practice can be modified accordingly.
I also offer personalised Yoga Therapy sessions for specific health conditions, where appropriate, as well as Yoga Nidra and relaxation practices.
My approach is simple: understand the practice, practise consistently, and gradually develop a healthier relationship with the body, breath and mind.
