About Camille
I am a benevolent, positive and conscious certified teacher in Hatha Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Parisian at heart, and Milanese since September, I believe in holistic well-being. Helping others to reconnect with themselves, to their own body, is my life mission. I speak English, French and Italian fluently, and I can share the magic of yoga in these three languages.

Start yoga or level up your practice in a benevolent, human and positive atmosphere!
My classes last 1h15-1h30 and generally include an initial meditation with a breathing technique, a warm up, various postures, cooling down stretches and a final meditation. Postures can be dynamic (Hatha Vinyasa) or relaxing (Yin Yoga).
I adapt my classes to your goals and give numerous alignment cues, along with explanations about the positions and their benefits. Create with me a solid foundation for your individual practice.
Classes can take place at your home or mine (Zona Washington). It is also possible to take lessons with 2 to 3 friends (a discount apply in that case).
A trial lesson is 15€.
A drop-in single lesson is 30€.
A pack of 5 lessons is 125€ (1 free!)
A pack of 10 lessons is worth € 240 (2 free!).
