About Karolina - softly rooted yoga
My name is Karolina and I have been practising yoga for over 10 years. My journey has not been about achieving advanced poses or perfecting shapes, but about finding a way to feel more at ease in my body and mind.
I am here to show you that you do not need expensive equipment, complicated sequences or a flexible body to start building a consistent yoga practice. Yoga can be simple, accessible and supportive, wherever you are starting from.
I first fell in love with yoga because of how deeply it supported me through challenging periods in my life, including grief, loneliness and burnout. Through movement, breathwork and yogic philosophy, I found a way to slow down, reconnect with myself and feel more present.
This experience shapes the way I teach today. My focus is not on performance, but on helping you feel calmer, more grounded and more connected to your body. I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or expectation :)

My approach to teaching is gentle, supportive and tailored to each individual. I create a calm, welcoming space where you can move at your own pace, whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.
Each session is personalised to your needs and goals. You might be looking to build a consistent yoga practice as a beginner, improve flexibility and strength, or learn simple breathwork techniques to feel calmer and more grounded in everyday life. I often blend different styles such as slow flow vinyasa, yin yoga and pranayama to support you in a balanced and sustainable way.
Lessons typically last between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on what works best for you. Sessions can include movement, breathwork and short moments of stillness or meditation, creating a well-rounded and mindful experience.
I have completed a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, and a 35-hour Pranayama (breathwork) training. My teaching is rooted in both traditional yogic practices and a modern, accessible approach, making it suitable for all levels.
These sessions are ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga after a break, or anyone looking for a more personalised and mindful way to practise.
