Dabbled into YOGA when I was going through a cocoon phase in my life & I haven’t regretted ever since. My sessions specifically target flexibility & excellent emotional health. Yoga gives life a whole new meaning, physically and mentally. only gets better from here!

PLEASE NOTE: I am currently not in LAGOS so all classes would have to be online till I return.
