About Henry

As well as graduating from The University of Nottingham in chemistry, I am currently doing my masters in Advanced Chemical Engineering at The University of Birmingham. I have been giving private tuition in person to students for over 5 years. Tutoring even from a young age. As I matured I developed different ways to tutor different age groups. I have been a tutor in most contemporary sciences and maths up to A-Level and have been a chemistry tutor at bachelors level. Additionally I have also undertaken the responsibility of an academic guidance tutor, helping students decide on their next steps and also with applications to different jobs and advice on different universities.

About the lesson

With teaching I always believe that the student comes first. Different students have different approaches towards how they study and tackle problems. Sometimes this is perhaps not the most efficient way, but I always support my students to succeed and progress their way. However, when a student is clearly heading down the wrong direction in terms of studying, I will set out guidelines as to how they should proceed.

My son is currently studying A level Math, physics and Chemistry.
Adam and I cannot believe that Henry charges so little comparing to his expertise, teaching methods and his knowledge. His Knowledge in Chemistry is so immense, we are so so lucky to have found him.
Adam struggled more with chemistry. After few sessions with Henry he is more confident, in fact was able to get a better grate with his last exam.
Henry not only an excellent teacher in his field if not the best so far according to my Adam but a wonderful mentor too.
Henry will go the extra miles; he offered to help my son to get his UCAS statement too.
From my years of experience with private tuitions Henry truly put the student progress before his rapid financial gain. My only regret for not finding him earlier

There are no words to describe how good Henry is.

Adam and I cannot believe that Henry charges so little comparing to his GREAT expertise, teaching methods and his knowledge of the subject and the exam boards.

Henry was an unbelievable tutor. He helped my daughter understand the nuances of mechanisms in organic chemistry, explained integration and differentiation in maths and also mentored her and discussed her future uni prospects. He was excellent. Could not recommend more, the price he offers is ridiculously low for what he offers!!
