About Léa
After doing a BTS in dietetics, and my experience in the restaurant business, I realized that what I like the most is sharing.
As I say, a good, healthy and gourmet dish changes ideas better than a simple speech.
I want to show that it is possible to fill your stomach well by eating meals that are super good and good for the planet.
