About Remy
My journey into Chemistry began with curiosity about how substances transform and interact. This interest led me to complete an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry, where I developed strong analytical and laboratory-based reasoning skills. Over 10 years of teaching, I have helped students overcome confusion and build lasting confidence through structured and supportive instruction. I believe teaching is most effective when students feel encouraged and understood. I adapt explanations to individual learning styles, using diagrams, analogies, and step-by-step reasoning. I encourage students to ask questions openly and view mistakes as part of growth. Outside teaching, I stay connected to Chemistry through continuous reading and exploration of scientific advancements. Teaching Chemistry is deeply fulfilling because I witness learners gain clarity and confidence. Supporting students as they develop scientific understanding is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

Chemistry becomes meaningful when students understand how microscopic interactions explain the world around them. I guide learners patiently through each topic, ensuring they understand the reasons behind chemical behavior rather than relying on memorization. This approach helps students feel calm, curious, and engaged throughout the learning process.
Lessons are carefully adapted to suit different academic levels. Beginners work on symbols, formulas, and basic reactions using visual aids and clear explanations. Intermediate learners explore stoichiometry, periodic trends, reaction mechanisms, and acids and bases with structured practice. Advanced learners focus on equilibrium, kinetics, thermodynamics, and multi-step problem solving. Each lesson includes guided practice and reflection to strengthen understanding.
Chemistry lessons also develop analytical thinking and discipline. Students learn to approach problems methodically and with confidence. My goal is to help learners see Chemistry as a logical, approachable subject that rewards understanding and thoughtful reasoning.
