About Camille
My passion for chemistry grew from curiosity about how substances interact and transform at the atomic level. I earned a B.Sc in Chemistry followed by an M.Sc in Inorganic Chemistry, where I developed strong foundations in chemical theory, laboratory analysis, and scientific reasoning. Over the past 11 years, I have supported students in developing clarity and confidence in chemistry through patient, structured instruction. I teach with empathy, adaptability, and clarity, ensuring that explanations are accessible and tailored to each learner’s pace. I often use visual models, real-world applications, and step-by-step breakdowns to help students internalize difficult concepts. Many learners who initially feel uncertain gradually develop confidence as they understand the logic behind chemical behavior. Outside teaching, I stay connected to chemistry through curriculum design, research reading, and applied problem-solving. Teaching chemistry is deeply fulfilling because it allows me to help students build analytical skills and confidence that extend beyond the classroom.

Chemistry becomes easier to understand when students see how abstract symbols and equations represent real molecular behavior. In my lessons, I guide learners through atomic structure, periodic trends, bonding, stoichiometry, acids and bases, redox reactions, and thermochemistry using structured explanations that emphasize logical progression. I focus on helping students understand why reactions occur, not just how to solve numerical problems.
Lessons are carefully adjusted to match the learner’s level and confidence. Beginners focus on chemical symbols, atomic models, balancing equations, and basic calculations. Intermediate learners deepen their understanding of reaction mechanisms, energy changes, and equilibrium concepts. Advanced learners work on analytical reasoning, exam-focused problem solving, and multi-step chemical calculations. Every lesson includes guided examples, targeted practice, and reflective discussion to ensure strong conceptual understanding.
Chemistry lessons also strengthen analytical thinking, precision, and patience. As students progress, they become more confident in approaching complex chemical problems calmly and systematically. My goal is to help learners feel capable, curious, and empowered in their understanding of chemistry.
