About Faye
I am a chemistry tutor with 6 years of experience and a Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry. My interest in chemistry started with curiosity about how substances react and change. Over time, this developed into a passion for teaching and helping students understand concepts clearly. I have worked with students from different academic levels and helped them improve their knowledge and confidence. My goal is to make chemistry simple and engaging for every learner.
My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and structured learning. I break down complex topics into smaller steps so students can understand easily. I use examples and practical explanations to make lessons effective. I also encourage students to think independently and ask questions freely. Creating a comfortable learning environment is important to me. Students feel confident and supported during lessons. I provide regular feedback to help them improve steadily.
I continue to update my knowledge and improve my teaching methods. Teaching chemistry is rewarding because I see students grow in confidence and understanding. I enjoy helping learners overcome challenges and build strong concepts. My goal is to support students in achieving academic success. By the end, students feel motivated, prepared, and capable of understanding chemistry deeply while continuing to build confidence and strong analytical skills.

My chemistry lessons focus on making complex chemical concepts simple, clear, and easy to understand. I teach topics such as atomic structure, bonding, reactions, acids and bases, and equilibrium using step-by-step explanations. I ensure students understand the logic behind reactions rather than memorizing them. Real-life examples are included to make concepts relatable and interesting. Each lesson is carefully structured so students can follow without confusion. I create a supportive and calm environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. Practice problems are included in every session to improve confidence and accuracy.
Lessons are tailored based on each student’s level. Beginners focus on basic concepts using diagrams and simple explanations. Intermediate learners work on equations, calculations, and understanding reaction patterns. Advanced students focus on organic chemistry, mechanisms, and exam preparation. I provide clear explanations and detailed feedback in every lesson. Students are encouraged to explain their answers, which improves understanding. Revision sessions are included regularly to strengthen memory and clarity.
