I am a current university student that I may have update arrangement from the department. I am unable to attend the class, you will get full refund for that class and you will get one extra free hour. Generally, I will check schedules and make arrangement via email to you before the week begin. You can cancel your class that we have checked for only one time free every week or you can re-arrange our appointment for once only. If you want cancel more than one class in the week, you will only get half of refund for the class you missed. If you have urgent circumstances, that will be put into special consideration.
