About Coach TJ
Coach TJ is a wellness professional with 20+ years of experience across the UK and US.
Originally from Herts, Beds & Bucks just outside London, his journey has taken him from country village life to seaside college and city living in Cambridge, London, New York and Charlotte — now serving communities from NJ/NY to SC/NC in schools, churches, nonprofits and fitness spaces.
Pending RYT-200, Certified 50-Hour Yoga Sculpt, Mental Health First Aid, First Aid, CPE Chaplaincy and Ordained Pastoral Care.
He teaches inclusive, energizing Yoga Sculpt that blends strength, mobility, mindfulness, breathwork and encouragement. All levels welcome.
