About Adam
I've been in the fitness industry for over 15 years, specializing in calisthenics while strongly advocating for cross-training. This involves engaging in various activities such as freediving, swimming, climbing, mobility exercises, running, cycling, and playing games.
I believe the gym is an excellent place for strength training and maintaining physical fitness, but it's also crucial to actively use your body outside the gym environment. Participating in sports or simply enjoying playful activities not only makes you a versatile individual but also ensures lifelong strength and vitality.

We start with an introductory call to understand your goals and expectations. Following this, I'll send an assessment to observe your movement, allowing me to further personalize your program.
I then design your individual plan, typically spanning 6-12 weeks. During the first week, you'll send videos of your exercises for my feedback, leading to potential adjustments based on your performance.
You're encouraged to keep sending videos for ongoing feedback.
Monthly calls will be scheduled to ensure your consistent progress and to provide all necessary support for achieving your goals.
My training approach is centered on bodyweight exercises with minimal use of machines, emphasizing the importance of using the entire body to build health. I also place a strong focus on mobility and can instruct at any level.
