About Ashley

I worked a number of jobs while getting my education . I tried very hard to get meaningful jobs, initially I wanted to be an accountant for years and then I got my specialization in payroll As a certified payroll administrator .

20 years ago. Yet I was always underemployed below my true potential. I worked multiple jobs as I went to school here in Ottawa Canada. More specifically, I'm from the Ottawa area. I have my own transportation. The game is very, very simple. I always believe in training before going into a casino environment because there's a lot more that happens in the casino than you could possibly imagine. The advantage of some of the smaller casinos not as busy. Easy to work with. Depending on where people are. There will be ebbs and flows throughout the year. In one year I made $36,000 playing craps That was one and a half times my work income at the time Is my side hustle at work was a little down that year but I make it clear. I work all my shifts and I make sure that I maximize all my sources of income so I can afford to play properly. There's a lot of discipline that one needs. This is one of the few games where you could buy in for a couple hundred dollars and within an hour or so you could be up a thousand. If one knows how to wage your properly, one can make money on a good roll. Even if you're not the dice roller at the time. I was at a casino just past Cornwall in the states as an example hour and a half away from Ottawa and I just got in at the table. I have to wait the whole rotation before the dice came to me. The first person who threw the dice did okay and then the next person got on a run. I had the feelings that dice person was new. They call it the shooter but I could tell that person was new. Was a little surprised how she wasn't making any money but she was throwing and everyone what else was making money cuz she didn't have the numbers covered. So I remember I was giving her $5 $10 every time she hit a number that I liked. I was giving her a little bit pretty soon. I think I gave it close to $85 when I added it up. I bought in for about $150 American. Here's the good example on knowing how to wager with this example, people will always try to bet the bonus they live and die by it. But this lady couldn't hit a two three or 12 and you need to hit those numbers to make the bonus as the rules were 2:00 to 12 without hitting. A seven was a side bonus one. Onen region was two to six the other region was 8:00 to 12:00 this is known as the small tall all tall bonus. Well I realized I had better betsmart because if this lady sevens out at any point the bonus bet dies and so do the other wages I had on board because I wagered smart I was able to turn $150 us into over $1,700 us by the time her run was over. I was there for maybe an hour. Only the two shooters I just had a hunch that it was time to go after a run like that. I didn't really get a Good vibe about the other players on the other side of the table. They looked like they were Jokers or just parting a little much. Just my hunch told me it was just time to go so I left. That's 1700 American converted to about 2200 Canadian by the way. My biggest win ever. In case you're wondering was I was at Hull casino and they had a bonus structure of Royal to win at 8/16/24 32, 40, 45 and 50 rolls respectively. If you hit over 50 rolls you got a hundred times your wager. I had a $30 wager down which was the most they would let you put so the person rolled 73 times by the time their run-ended that gave me $3,000 bonus on top of the money I had already made because I bets all over the place cuz this dice roller was throwing so good. Time I was done. I turned $300 into $16, 000 There's a little rule at the casino. When you win over 10,000 they make you sign a document that shows that you You've acknowledged that you won this money so they know that you got the money by legal means and you need that. So if you're ever going over the border so let's say someone was going back to the states and they want that kind of money. They'd have to show that document to the border and they'd have to declare it if they're going back to the states vice versa. If I were to win over $10,000 Canadian and bring it back over into Canada, I'd have to declare that though. What's funny is some people will leave with $9,000 Canadian. Knowing you don't have to declare anything under $10,000 it clearly states they always ask. Do you have over $10,000? If you do you declare it. No problems. If you have $9,000 you can legally answer. No, I don't have 10,000 Andy you don't. You have to be completely honest with that you can't mess around. I can't stress that enough, especially when you travel. I would like to do flights and things like that but the cost of air travel but I'm more than happy to take somebody who's a beginner and work with them. I think that's where I could be the best asset. All the students who need to make tuition money or which whoever side job we just want to get ahead. I mean I remember there was a part-time professor that I really wanted to win for but it was really strange because a few years ago when I tried and I tried at the time. I guess my game 7 years ago wasn't as polished as it is now to be honest. I'm not saying I'm going to win all the time, but over the years I've learned how to win. Sometimes it could be key moments where maybe you didn't over bet early, but you hung in long enough and now you're ready to strike because this person is going off and you may not be the best dice roller. I may not be the dice rollers on some days but someone else went off and I have the skills to make money on anyone's good role and I'll probably feed off that myself. So when it comes to my turn I'll probably go off too cuz I'll be feeling confident. But I did a lot of practice in my dice throwing as well. I have certain ways I like to throw my my dice. There's a little bit of physics involved too with how you throw. There's been lots of chapters written about this. A lot of YouTube channels but if you go with the flow you find what works for you. That's all that's necessary. I'm 50 years of age and I believe I can take a couple hundred dollars into maybe if you can double or triple your money. Be grateful for that. Cuz nowadays it's pretty hard to win. Sometimes people crowd the table you got pit bosses who know you. They'll just walk up a little bit more frequently. There's just little things that happen the more you get recognized in general. I know all of those things, so if you have a routine that works you'll want to get in for a couple of hours and leave. You might be in a casino for 3 hours but it might take you the first half hour to walk in. Settle in wait till the table's free. If there's multiple tables, that's good. One pit Boss at a local casino told me when he goes to Vegas he goes to the loudest table cuz that's a good sign that the table is hot. Every place is different. I've been known to heat up a quiet table stick. People have told me that the table wasn't good till I arrive but if I get it going it's something special. One of the nicest things people have ever said to me. It's more logic and reasoning. There is general probability theory like the odds of rolling a certain number. Those are easily taught, but it's understanding how to throw what your style of throw is and how you can apply the logic and what you roll where you're able to hit money. You might throw a lot of field numbers. You might throw a lot of sixes and AIDS if that's where your real house is. You make your money. Not everything has to be symmetrical. A good friend of mine taught me that over the years, I'd rather see you all 50 and sixes in 12/8 and 15/9 instead of worrying about the fours and the tens people say yeah they pay double but how many times do you hit them over the course of 40/50 rolls? You're not going to hit that many fours and tens. You'll probably hit a lot more all over the place. I've done 57 rolls myself before I send it and let me tell you I didn't hit very many fours and tens yet I made $5,700 but time the run was over $3,000 bonus plus I turned $160 into $2,700 off the original run, add them together. Not bad for less than an hour.

For those want to apply some of the math skills into a real life situation where you can benefit especially in this economy. I adapt a couple of environments where one can make money too.

I specialize in the game of craps and the amount of money that can made even on a simple level can be helpful to most budgets. Certain games are very good at refining and teaching money management and discipline and things are very applicable in our own lives, especially in the casino environment. This goes deeper than that though. Sometimes all it takes is some confidence to learn certain courses, but being able to apply things in the real world, that's where it'll be most beneficial.
