If you need to cancel a lesson, you must do so NO LATER THAN half an hour before the time of the lesson with an explanation of the absence. The cancellation notice must take place either via email or text. If it has been less than 30 minutes before the lesson and you are not in attendance, I will count it as a no-show. A total of three no-shows will result in termination of future sessions with the student. This termination can be lifted, however, with a $25 penalty fee.
