About Rui Miguel
Kitchen is the heart of any home.
Started at young age around family home kitchen which is where my passion for food development and the journey began.
Studied and traveled internationally and got my nutritional and culinary diploma for London regent academy. My passion went took me from soup kitchens to world class restaurants. Studied the art of food and focused on the 5 elements to health and mindfulness with food.
Cooking is a passion that comes from the heart.
