My self Vivek Lot. I am from Mumbai. And i am teaching yoga more then 6 years. I did many certification courses. And i would like to share my knowledge to all over the world because everyone have right to be healthy and happy lifestyle. Yoga is not only a physical practice it's kind of lifestyle. Everyone should bring balance in their life by practicing yoga.

About the lesson

We will try to keep your time accountability. And try to teach you authentic class. And with good knowledge of poses and alignment and proper breathing technique. And convenient charges and with online platform you can save your time. I am sure you like to learn with certified teacher.
