About Oona
My name is Oona, I am a daily Kundalini & Yoga practitioner & have been for many decades. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, as well as certified in Kundalini breathwork. I currently teach at Southern Oregon University, as well as a couple of studios, in Ashland, OR. I look forward to offering a realistic practice that you can incorporate into your life.
