About Ruhi
Hi! I'm Ruhi, an Economics student at UC Santa Cruz with a passion for helping students build confidence in Math, Algebra, Geometry, and Natural Sciences. My goal is to make learning approachable by breaking down difficult concepts into simple, easy to understand steps while adapting each lesson to the student's learning style and pace.
What sets me apart is my experience providing individualized academic support to elementary students in before and after school programs. I've worked with students of different abilities, helping them stay engaged, overcome challenges, and enjoy learning in a positive, encouraging environment.

A typical lesson begins by reviewing previous material and identifying any areas of confusion. From there, we work through examples together, practice similar problems, and finish with independent exercises to reinforce understanding. I also help students with homework, test preparation, and developing effective study habits so they can become more confident and independent learners!
