Nicole’s philosophy is that yoga is for everyone – if you can breathe, you can do yoga. Whether it is a rigorous and dynamic flow of poses that serve to tone, strengthen and consciously challenge the body and mind through blocks and perceived limitations; or a gentle and restorative Yin class that rejuvenates, softens and heals the inner body and mind, or precise Kundalini Yoga technology that works on all 10 bodies, the aim is to heighten the awareness that liberates and connects us to our essence, clears the way to universal truth and ultimately leads to the intimate connection of a self-practice, compassion and peace.
Nicole began meditating on her own as a young teenager and attended her first of many 10-day Vipassana silent meditation retreats in 2000. Over 20 years, Nicole has passionately studied and practiced many styles of Yoga, including Iyengar, Anusara, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga for Kids, Qigong, Restorative and Laya Yoga, with some of the most regarded teachers in the world.
