About Raphael
The methodology I use varies according to the needs of each student. However, I usually work with the analysis and identification of the student's prior knowledge, as well as the preparation of lesson plans that fit these needs in a playful, didactic and contextualized way. In this way, I seek to draw the student from what can be dull in the classroom and from the abstract of certain subjects in biological areas such as biochemistry, microbiology, among others. I believe that undergraduate training in any teaching professional is essential for teaching work learning. My goal is to make you learn more and more through circumstances that empower this understanding in the most fluid and natural way possible.

I have a degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. I have three years of experience with teaching learning. I worked for 2 years in Rio de Janeiro City Hall, with mediation and reinforcement for students in the first and second segment of elementary school, including “students included”, people with special needs such as ADD, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Microcephaly, Leigh Syndrome and Down's syndrome. In addition to one year of experience teaching science and biology at the UFRJ College of Application. Developed research projects as a student of scientific initiation for three years at the Laboratory of Biotechnology and Microbial Ecology (LaBEM), belonging to the Institute of Microbiology Paulo de Góes of UFRJ. Together with my advisor (Diogo de Azevedo Jurelevicius), I worked on research projects related to the potential use of microorganisms for bioremediation of contaminated environments. Taking this into consideration, I was involved in work on decontamination of petroleum-contaminated soils in Chilean Antarctica and also with the largest and largest environmental accident in Brazil involving the release of mining waste in an accident involving a mining company. , which was the accident that occurred with the “Fundão Dam” in the city of Mariana - MG. These projects are funded by the Rio de Janeiro State Research Support Foundation (FAPERJ) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). I am currently participating in the Master's degree selection in the Graduate Program in Sciences (Microbiology) by the Paulo de Góes Institute of Microbiology of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
