I am a teacher, sport trainer and specialist in nutrition and psychology. I have studied a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, master's degree in Scientific Research where I specialized in neuroscience, I have worked in clinical psychology and cognitive development laboratories. I have taken courses and participated in conferences about nutrition, healthy living and weight loss
