About Katelin

I am passionate about students being given the resources and attention required to achieve their academic goals. It is a pleasure to work in collaboration with a student who has their own educational aims and truly wishes to do well as this is somewhat a team effort.

About the lesson

I like to promote a deep understanding of subject knowledge which is then built upon with detail and tested with exam questions. I am happy to personalise lessons to the student's way of learning to facilitate progress. Lessons will typically be either 1 or 2 hours, based on preference. I have been tutoring GCSE maths, English and science, as well as A-level biology and chemistry for up to 6 years now and am very familiar with the work required to do well.

She is very friendly and approachable and I always felt comfortable asking her questions when I was struggling with the subjects at school.
