About Tanya

I am an educational professional with a passion for improving education for all learners. With over seven years of experience in the classroom, I have developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs and challenges that learners face.

One of my strengths is my ability to empathize with students and create a positive and supportive learning environment. I firmly believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and it is my mission to help them reach their full potential.

I am a disciplined and dedicated educator, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to engage my students and enhance their learning. My strong communication skills have allowed me to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, creating a collaborative and inclusive community.

As much as I have loved being in the classroom, I am now seeking to transition into a role where I can make a greater impact on education. My skills and experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and student support make me a valuable asset to any organization.

I am a lifelong learner and am always seeking new ways to enhance my skills and knowledge. I am adaptable, creative, and have a strong work ethic. My goal is to use my expertise to drive positive change in the education system and help create a more inclusive and equitable learning environment for all.

About the lesson

I create engaging lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual student. I pay close attention to data to refine each lesson to ensure students are mastering the skills and content provided. I tend to design my lessons based on the “I Do, We Do, You Do” approach. I believe it is crucial for students to see teachers model a skill, work together with the teacher, and then apply what they’ve learned to independently practice the skill.
