About Ruthie
With 12 years of teaching experience, I specialise in helping college students develop their singing skills through structured and engaging lessons. I believe that singing is not just about technique but also about self-expression and confidence. My lessons include vocal warm-ups, breathing exercises, pitch training, and tone development, along with song practice and performance preparation.
I use modern tools such as audio recording, playback analysis, and interactive exercises to help students track their progress. I also introduce a variety of music genres to keep lessons interesting and help students become versatile singers.

I aim to make lessons engaging and result-oriented. I teach vocal techniques such as breathing control, pitch accuracy, tone clarity, and voice flexibility in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
I ensure students understand each concept before moving forward. Communication plays an important role in my classes, helping students feel supported. I use creative methods like song-based learning, vocal exercises, and expression training to make lessons interesting.
Each session is carefully planned with time for warm-ups, practice, and feedback. I monitor progress and provide personalised guidance. In addition to Singing, I also teach related subjects like music theory, listening skills, and stage performance.
