About Bailey
I am a certified herbalist, personal trainer and nutritionist. I have my own holistic medicine business and absolutely love botanical wellness. I also have an undergrad in psychology and spent majority of my college years bartending and working in hospitality.

My teaching approach is personal accountability, self awareness and acceptance. I approach people like I approach plants using compassion and kindness (with a slight witty sense of humor) to allow them to grow. I practice mindfulness, botany, and holistic health is my speciality.
