About Biswanath
I am Biswanath, a dedicated SSE (Sub-Sectional Engineer) in the Electrical cadre with the Odisha government (likely under the Energy Department or OPTCL), bringing years of hands-on practical experience in electrical power systems, transmission, distribution, safety inspections, maintenance of installations, and adherence to Indian Electricity Rules and National Electrical Code.
