About Liam

I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 12 years of teaching experience, helping High School and College students improve their English skills through personalized and engaging lessons. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 150 students, supporting them in achieving better academic results and greater confidence in communication.

My teaching philosophy is based on the belief that every student can succeed with patience, encouragement, and consistent practice.

I create customized lesson plans based on each student's learning style, strengths, and goals. My classes cover grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking using simple explanations, interactive activities, and practical examples from daily life. I believe English should be learned through communication rather than memorization, so I encourage students to use the language confidently in every lesson.

My classroom is friendly, positive, and student-centered. I encourage learners to ask questions, share ideas, and learn from mistakes without fear. Regular assessments and constructive feedback help students recognize their progress and stay motivated throughout their learning journey.

One of my greatest achievements has been helping students who were once afraid of speaking English become confident communicators. Many have improved their grades, classroom participation, and presentation skills through consistent guidance and practice.

Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Academic English, Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, Vocabulary Development, Pronunciation, and Communication Skills. My goal is to help every learner become a confident English user for academic, personal, and professional success.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology focuses on developing confident English speakers through personalized instruction and consistent encouragement. I believe flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration create a classroom where students feel motivated to learn and comfortable expressing themselves.

Every lesson is planned according to the student's goals, learning style, and current English level. I combine grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing through engaging activities that encourage practical language use.

Flexibility allows me to modify lessons whenever students need extra support or faster progress. Interactive discussions, reading passages, writing tasks, role-playing, and real-life situations make every lesson practical and enjoyable.

Empathy and compassion help students feel respected and understood. I encourage them to ask questions, participate actively, and learn from mistakes without fear. Positive feedback helps students remain motivated throughout their learning journey.

Communication is strengthened through debates, presentations, storytelling, collaborative projects, and everyday conversations that improve fluency and confidence.

Besides ESL, I also teach English Grammar, Conversational English, Business English, Academic English, Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, Vocabulary Development, Communication Skills, Public Speaking, and English Literature. My goal is to help students become skilled communicators ready for success in education and work.
