About Cosimo
Hi! I’m Cosimo, an internationally trained physiotherapist with a truly global background. I studied in Italy and England, spent five years working in the UK, one year in Spain, four years across Latin America (mainly Colombia and Peru), and two years back in Italy. I speak English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and a bit of French, so I’m comfortable supporting students from a variety of linguistic and cultural backgrounds. My experiences include innovative techniques in sports physiotherapy, posture, and rehabilitation, collaborating with athletes and patients from multiple countries. I’m here to share this knowledge so others can grow, improve, and excel—whether you’re a physiotherapy student, a professional seeking advanced skills, or someone looking to enhance your health and performance. In our lessons, we’ll dive into practical, real-world examples, combine expertise with creativity, and tailor each session to your goals.
