About Bowie

I'm a friendly and enthusiastic tutor who is passionate about helping students build both their confidence and their understanding of the subject. My primary aim is to make complex topics approachable and manageable. I will create a supportive environment where students feel safe asking questions and learning from mistakes. I take professionalism very seriously and will come to every lesson prepared, organised and committed to helping my students make genuine progress.

About the lesson

I know firsthand what it feels like to struggle with maths, before everything finally clicks. I’ve experienced that frustration and as a tutor, I focus on turning those confusing concepts into simple steps that are easy to understand. I offer 1 to 1 tutoring designed to help students of all ages master complex mathematical concepts. Every lesson is custom tailored to students' unique learning style and current skill level. I can simplify difficult problems into manageable steps to help students understand the underlying logic rather than just memorising rules. My typical lesson length is 60 minutes; however, this is flexible depending on the student's needs. I offer interactive problem-solving and real-time feedback and practice using exam-style questions.
