About Lerato Lisa

Hello! My name is Lerato, and I am a 26-year-old certified ESL teacher from South Africa. I have two years of experience teaching English at local primary and high schools. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching for me is seeing my students grow in confidence and excel in their language skills. I am passionate about teaching because it gives me the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds, share knowledge, and learn from my students as well. My lessons are supportive, engaging, and designed to help you build confidence in speaking English as a second language. I look forward to helping you achieve your language goals!

About the lesson

I work with beginners, intermediate learners, and anyone who wants to improve their conversational English skills. My lessons are carefully tailored to each learner’s unique needs, learning style, and personal goals to ensure continuous growth and confidence. I help students strengthen their pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and overall fluency while building confidence in speaking English naturally and effectively. I also support learners in improving their creative writing, reading, and comprehension skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
I believe that teaching languages—especially English is more than just a profession; it is a calling. Learning should be an enjoyable, diverse, and lifelong journey where both the teacher and the learner grow through shared knowledge and meaningful experiences. My goal is to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels welcomed, respected, supported, and motivated to succeed. With over four years of experience as a dedicated tutor and ESL educator, I have helped learners of all ages develop strong language skills from basic communication to advanced fluency and confident self-expression. I am passionate about empowering students to reach their full potential and making every lesson interactive, encouraging, and rewarding.
