About Bush

 I am an ambitious soil and environmental science postgraduate, with over twelve years research/teaching experience at university level. While working at “Griffith University” as postgraduate researcher, I completed ARC funded research project, well before given time frame. During my job in an oversea university as lecturer, I successfully taught multiple graduate level courses in soil and environmental sciences and supervised five postgraduate level research projects. During my job as research assistant in Central Queensland University along with doing my duties of compiling data, undertaking statistical and helping with paper preparation, I have produced two research papers as main author ready to submit. I have a passion for science and a drive to further advance my career in science and research. Recently I am working with Griffith University as Visiting Research Scholar along with doing my Graduate Diploma in Education.

 Highly developed research qualitative and analytical skills with a strong capacity to conduct independent research.
 Demonstrated ability to develop goals, objectives and implement strategies through lesson planning and teaching experience.
 Proven ability to conceptualize problems and develop well-reasoned and integrated solutions, as demonstrated throughout Ph.D, MSc (Hons) and BSc (Hons) research.
 Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SSP, Statistix, Sigma Plot for data analysis.
 Teamwork and time management and ability to guide and motivate people.
• The natural ability to contribute to ideas to the existing research team in my discipline.
• Initiative and interpersonal communications skills required for interacting with students, staff and industry.
• I have current working with children (WWC) check (blue card).

About the lesson

As a professional teacher I am caring, passionate, enthusiastic and excited about providing engaging and challenging learning experiences. My aim is to assist, encourage and support students to achieve their learning goals. In my classroom I believe that all students have the fundamental right to have access to a successful and fulfilling education in order to be productive and valuable members of society. I take on a holistic, flexible and differentiated pedagogical approach to teaching, to allow for inclusivity within my classroom domains. I strongly believe that there is no one size fits all approach to pedagogy and learning. Therefore, I constantly need to know my students backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures, religions and capabilities to provide quality and engaging learning experiences to engage and challenge all students. When teaching my students I plan and implement a variety of teaching pedagogies to emphasis engaged learning, communication, literacy, numeracy, collaboration and problem solving through a range of technologies
