NASC and NASM certified. Over 30+ years of coaching movement, fitness, technique, speed & agility, deep stretch, strength and mobility, Senior fitness, as well as elite athletes seeking an edge. Extensive background in the performing arts with dance and elite dancers. Colorado native, with coaching businesses on both coasts, including 13 years of running TAVlifestyle Sport Conditioning in CA. Currently based in Westminster, CO, with a private indoor studio.
Every session is specifically designed for the individual. I will also address daily habits, diet, detox, nutrition, and holistic wellness at the client's request. Open to semi-private/paired sessions as well.
