About Curtis
I have been a technician and manager in the Information Technology arena for more than 40 years. I have also been a Project and Program manager for various organizations. My expertise is primarily on end user computing, networking, and some IT security processes. I also have a passion for History especially the second World War. I have taught college-level computer courses at Park University.

I prefer to engage my students with real world applications and examples often calling on them to participate in the discussion. I like to establish effective communications with each of my students and understand their strengths and weaknesses in whatever subject I'm teaching. My goal is to reach students so they've advanced in their knowledge over the obvious by providing information affiliated with the lesson. I've often taught lab work where students were able to get hands-on expertise which I believe to be highly effective.
