About Leah

I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and later earned my Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience working at the USC Student Success Center, private tutoring companies, and through freelance tutoring. My passion lies in helping students strengthen their knowledge and discover their love for learning. I enjoy working with students of all ages, guiding them through academic challenges and watching them grow in confidence and capability.

About the lesson

I have extensive experience working with students ranging from elementary school through undergraduate levels. I specialize in preparing individuals for standardized tests such as the ACT, SAT, and GRE. My teaching approach primarily involves reviewing the material the student is struggling with and then diving into practice problems that we work through together. This structured method helps to build a solid understanding of the subject matter and enhances test-taking skills, leading to improved performance and greater confidence.
