About Jules
I am a dedicated English instructor with teaching experience through BYU–Pathway Worldwide and EnglishConnect, where I have helped students develop their English communication skills in a supportive learning environment. In addition, I bring nearly six years of professional experience in the BPO industry, which strengthened my communication, coaching, and customer service skills. I am patient, dependable, and committed to helping every student succeed. My goal is to create a positive and encouraging classroom where learners feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and gaining the confidence to communicate effectively in English.

As a BYU–Pathway Worldwide and EnglishConnect instructor, I have helped students improve their English communication skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. My nearly six years of BPO experience also gave me strong communication, customer service, and business English skills that I bring into every lesson.
Whether you are a beginner, preparing for work, improving your conversational English, or building confidence for interviews and presentations, I will tailor each lesson to your goals and learning pace.
