About Ismael

I am a passionate and dedicated Mathematics and Physics educator with a strong academic background and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed. I graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in BS Physics-Mathematics and am a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT).

Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students from diverse academic backgrounds, including Senior High School and international students following the International Baccalaureate curriculum. I believe that every student has the potential to excel when given the right guidance, encouragement, and learning environment.

As a teacher, I value patience, clarity, discipline, and understanding. I strive to create a supportive learning atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and discovering their own abilities.

Beyond helping students achieve better academic results, I want to develop their confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom.

I am a graduate of the University of the Philippines with a degree in BS Physics-Mathematics and a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT). I have experience teaching Mathematics, Physics, and Economics, including the International Baccalaureate (IB) Mathematics curriculum, both Analysis and Approaches (AA) and Applications and Interpretation (AI), at Higher Level (HL) and Standard Level (SL).

My teaching approach focuses on understanding concepts rather than simply memorizing formulas. I believe that every student can improve with the right guidance, structured lessons, and consistent practice.

My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, learning pace, and academic goals. Whether you need help with homework, exam preparation, problem-solving techniques, or a deeper understanding of difficult topics, I can help you develop the skills and confidence you need.
