About Nidhi

Hello! I am a passionately dedicated educator with over a decade of rich, diverse experience across mainstream, alternative, and high-impact educational sectors. My journey in education began out of a deep personal mission. Growing up as a neurodivergent student, I had to invent my own cognitive 'hacks' to navigate a rigid school system. This sparked a lifelong questioning of how we look at inclusivity, ultimately driving me to build classrooms where every single child feels seen, safe, and capable of thriving.
Over the past 10+ years, my career has spanned every level of development:
Alternative & Holistic Pedagogy: I served as a Waldorf Grade Teacher, guiding a single cohort of 20 students continuously from Grade 1 through Grade 4, mastering the art of multi-subject, interdisciplinary teaching.
High-Impact Educational Leadership: I completed the prestigious Teach for India (TFI) Fellowship and worked with iTeach, specializing in delivering English and Social Sciences to middle school students within intensive government school ecosystems.
Subject Matter Expertise & EdTech: My roots began in college, training high school and undergraduate students in advanced Economics at specialized coaching centers, which later evolved into consulting roles with prominent EdTech platforms like Byju’s.
My Approach to Inclusivity & Neurodiversity
Because of my background, my virtual classroom is a sanctuary for all learning styles. I specialize in designing adaptive milestones for students who require high intellectual challenges, those who thrive when learning at their own rhythm, and neurodivergent children navigating conditions such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and hyperactivity.
To achieve this, I completely dismantle the traditional 'lecture' format. Whether I am introducing a complex English grammar rule, a history timeline, or a mathematical concept, I seamlessly weave together interactive storytelling, artistic hands-on activities, rhythm, movement, and structured book-work. I deeply research every topic, no matter how familiar it is to me, bringing in new insights, stories and application.
After a decade inside physical classrooms, I am opening my doors to the global community. My goal is to transcend geographical boundaries and bring a holistic, empowering, and deeply transformative learning experience to students of all nationalities, ages, and backgrounds."

About the lesson

I am a professionally experienced school educator specializing in early childhood and middle school English literacy. My lessons are designed to turn language learning into an engaging, stress-free experience.
Rather than relying on boring, repetitive worksheets, I use interactive storytelling, rhythm, and phonics-based structures to help younger children master reading, vocabulary, and correct pronunciation. For middle school students, I focus deeply on expanding comprehension, structural grammar, and building confidence in creative writing.
My Methodology
"Every child learns at a different pace, which is why my approach is completely customized. My teaching methodology focuses on:
Phonetics & Reading: Building strong phonetic awareness so children can decode words independently and read with confidence.
Creative Composition: Using imaginative prompts to help students structure their thoughts, improve narrative flow, and excel in essay writing.
Grammar in Context: Teaching grammar rules through active speech and reading, ensuring students actually understand why rules work instead of just memorizing definitions.
I provide a highly supportive, engaging online environment using high-quality digital whiteboards and interactive tools, making every 60-minute session productive and enjoyable.
