About Janice
I am a passionate Singing tutor with 6 years of experience teaching High School and College students. I have successfully guided around 200 students in improving their vocal skills, confidence, and musical expression. My teaching philosophy focuses on personalized learning, patience, and creating a supportive environment where students can develop their unique voice. I specialize in vocal techniques, breathing exercises, pitch control, rhythm, music theory, and performance skills. My goal is to help students build strong foundations, overcome challenges, and enjoy their journey of learning music.

My teaching approach focuses on helping students develop their singing abilities while building confidence, creativity, and a strong connection with music. I follow a student-centered methodology where lessons are personalized according to each student’s voice, skill level, learning pace, and musical goals.
I teach Singing through a combination of vocal techniques, practical exercises, and creative learning methods. My lessons include subjects such as vocal warm-ups, breathing techniques, pitch control, voice modulation, rhythm, ear training, music theory, pronunciation, song interpretation, harmony, vocal range development, stage confidence, and performance skills. I help students improve their voice while understanding the importance of expression and emotion in singing.
Empathy is an important part of my teaching style. I understand that every student has different abilities and challenges, so I create a comfortable and supportive environment where students can learn without pressure. I listen carefully to their concerns and adjust my teaching methods to support their growth.
Motivation plays a key role in my approach. I encourage students by recognizing their progress, setting achievable goals, and helping them stay consistent with practice. I believe positive encouragement helps students gain confidence and enjoy their musical journey.
I focus on problem-solving by identifying individual vocal challenges and finding effective techniques to overcome them. Whether it is improving pitch accuracy, breathing control, vocal strength, or performance skills, I guide students step by step toward improvement.
Patience is essential when learning singing, and I provide continuous support throughout the process. I believe that consistent practice and proper guidance help students achieve long-term success.
My goal is to make singing lessons enjoyable, effective, and inspiring while helping students become confident performers and develop a lifelong passion for music.
