About Donald

Smart Muscle Project is a result of my work with reknown speed Coach Jeremy Boone ( Carolina Panthers) and former Chicago Bear/Carolina Panther 2- time Pro Bowl receiver Musin Muhammad.Smart Muscle Project is about bringing advanced training techniques used by professional and college athletes around the world to young an aspiring athletes around the world toyoung athletes concerned about taking their skills and abilities to the next level, no matter the sport, Smart Muscle Project will make you much better at it!

I enjoy the process of trying to impart my personal experience as a competitive athlete to guiding a young athlete and coaching him or her up so that they achieve their goals.

Don is an exceptional person. As an undergraduate - scholar athlete with a degree in Radio, TV & Film from Northwestern University and a Master's degree from their prestigious Medill School of Journalism in Evanston, Illinois, he is a credible voice for young people trying to navigate the athletic and academic challenges whether they plan to end their sports involvement at the high school level or attempt to move onto the next. Through his generous heart, he pours out all of his knowledge and concern for the young people he trains using proven techniques utilized by professional and collegiate programs. His focus is creating explosive, smart, versatile athletes that can compete in any sport.

About the lesson

Initially we have to assess the athletes capabilities; stengths weaknesses. Tailor sports specific methods that help elevate or improve their level of play.

Determine what goals the athlete would like to reach during his or her training. Set those goals high and guide or coach - up in the idea of a positive outlook and pushing one self to reach for ownership of their skills. The mastery of consitency is the over reaching idea. I always try to get that athlete to model things they see in the most successful people and athletes.
