About AJ
We customize our services and prices to meet our clients needs. We pride ourselves on quality. We will always go out of our way to ensure that happiness and satisfaction is accomplished.
AJ Clayson our owner has been cooking almost all his life, first learning from his Sicilian Grandmother and Mother, then from multiple odd jobs in the service, event, food industries throughout his teens, and then classical culinary education after college from some the world's best chefs in New York, Italy, England, Spain, Germany and France. He loves to make things out of nothing and make people smile. He instills a sense of passion and dedication to everything we do in every staff member and has passed on skills and knowledge to each.
AJ has been teaching staff members since the creation of his events/catering/bartending company and also continues to teach friends when asked.

AJ or Brian will either meet you at a location of your choosing or at our home office. Beforehand we will lock down exactly what skills or recipes you would like to learn and set goals to ensure that the students get a comprehensive understanding of we teach. We will help run through the shopping, prep, cooking, presentation, serving and proper storage.
