I got Celia's name from a friend of mine who has used her in the past. My son is in 9th grade and like a typical boy, doesn't like to pay attention or listen to his teachers most of the time. So I've never had much success with tutors, but Celia is totally different. She has an energy that just makes you want to listen to her and learn from her. My son just loves her! Her knowledge of the academics and her personality have made her incredibly effective for us. From a parent standpoint, she is a godsent! Celia is a total gem! She is enthusiastic, professional, and really knows how to get my kids to learn the material. She has such a positive attitude! I reached out to her to help my 8th and 10th graders on their writing skills. Not only did she help them with their coursework, but more importantly she gave them a sense of confidence and security that I've never seen from them before when it comes to school. Celia helped me with writing the essays required for my English III class at Texas State University. I still can recall the techniques that she taught me which has helped me gain confidence in my writing now! She was patient, understood my voice that I wanted to get across, and was a genius when it came to punctuation/grammar/spelling.
