About Kinga

My name is Kinga, and I would love to chat with you to see how I can help!

I currently work as a tutor for elementary and high school aged children K-9.

The pandemic has put a lot of pressure on families with academics and planning. Some have been successful, but for the most it has been an unforeseen challenge. That's where I have been able to help with families and kids under the age of 15, keeping them focused and aware of their day to day academic responsibilities and development, offering my various tutoring services, test prep and homework help.

A little about me and my experience - I graduated from the School of Education at CUNY Hunter College with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, with a teaching certification. I am pursuing a Masters in Childhood Elementary Education, as my goal is to be a classroom teacher. I have experience as a tutor in Huntington Learning Center and as a private tutor for elementary reading/writing/math as well as test prep including AABL, SCAT, T&E, as well as student teaching in public schools, and as a daycare teacher.

About the lesson

I have worked with toddler development up to college students coursework help. My passion is helping students of all ages, based on forming a personal relationship and trust with both the student and family.

Be true to your goals, anything is possible, it just takes time and sometimes modifications, but with the right guidance and support, you can achieve anything.

One of my students birthdays was coming up, and they asked me if I can get them a chapter book as a gift. When I first started working with him a year ago, he was not comfortable reading and did not enjoy it. It was a constant struggle for his family to get him to read, and with my help, he developed a love for reading.
